We do not understand where the good reviews come from. The apartment is not well equipped at all. Basic appliances are missing, such as kettle, coffee maker, and more. Some wardrobes were broken and dusty inside. The stone path to the apartment was not properly secured and fixed. In the rain, the path is very slippery and dangerous. It was also very difficult to carry up the heavy suitcases. With the much too narrow driveway, we had to watch out every time that our car does not touch down. The parking facilities were insufficient. The terrace is not sealed and the plates are loose. The only positive thing we could say was the view and surroundings. The Mölltal glacier and the Ragga gorge are easily accessible. We would rate the apartment only at 2 stars overall.

Nice appartement! Great value for money at a beautiful location in Carinthia. We have stayed 3 weeks during summer and enjoyed every day.

Facility
The appartement is modern equipped. 2 large bedrooms with closets (both satellite tv), Wifi, bathroom with shower & bath, separated toilet and kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, overn, microwave and even a washing machine. Outside there is the terrace with a great view to eat or drink a glass of wine at night.

Service
The host of the house is very friendly and really enjoying she has guests in the house. A small talk (German only) in the morning or afternoon, also for some good advice about the area. She brings new towels and gets the trash every week, sometimes some delicious tomatoes from the garden.

Other
Parking is free and in front of the house. Not wheelchair accessible, no ellavator. No stairs.

Village
In flattach (or the small villages attached) is not much like a vibrant city , but enough to find. Outdoor swimming pool, 3 good restaurants, grocery store and a bakery. All at walking distance, only way up is somewhat steep. The appartement is located and the edge of the village bit not an issue.

Carinthia
Appartement is located in the west of Carinthia. There are a lot of cable cars, gorges, swimming pools and panorama roads. More located in the east are museums, clomping parks and boat trips. Recommended to buy the Kärnten Card, it will safe you a lot of money.

it is clean and cosy place, with nice view toward valley, very close to local bus transportation to Molltaler glacier ... but that's all...

bus is rare... use your car to transfer since parking in ski resort is for free.... check closing hours of local shop since first big shop is 30k from Flattah... saddest thing was owner... she didn't offered to us basic logistical info on place and ski resort ... she was at 9:50 at door to remind us to leave apartment, anxious to see our back... i am actually sorry that we took any time to clean kitchen and apartment...
